The product quality and customer service are awesome. Alibaba is awesome! This is my second Kaleido machine. I have been impressed with them. Just be aware if you order the M6 and send it to the U.S. that there will be a tariff applied because of the cost of the machine. Wasn't expecting it, but still consider the total price well worth it. I would recommend Kaleido coffee roasters to anyone in the market.

The roaster is exactly as specified, and is very robustly built. It was very well packaged using a foam-lined box inside a wooden crate. The interface with Artisan scope was simple, and performance so far has been great. Very satisfied with this purchase, I will use this vendor again when I’m ready to upgrade to the M10.

Received the machine with a period of time,I have roasted several pots of beans, the machine works very well, the roasted beans is perfect!
