Excellent communication and service. Shipping was extremely quick, packaging is outstanding, and the roaster produces excellent-tasting coffee. Bluetooth isn't working in Ubuntu Linux 20.04 LTS, but it could be a Linux issue.

have been roasting coffee for 7 years and tried different roasts. Kaleido m2 is by far the best I have tested as everything is integrated into the machine so it is very easy to work with and compact. Have had time to test about 10 runs and have run partly artisan manually and automatically with really good results, can highly recommend kaleido m2

excellent machine. the included tablet is a great starting point for roasting and beans roast evenly, quickly and taste great with minimal mess.
