my friend owns the M1 model. i was already amazed by the price and the high quality of the machine. I received the M2 Pro about 2-3 weeks after my order which is very fast keeping in mind it came from China to the UK. It was well packed, with a wooden box and protection all around. the themometer probes were bubble wrapped seperately to ensure they arrive in great condition. I am very amazed by the machine. It has been my dream to own a roaster and this has exceeded my expectations. A big pro is that it connects with the Artisan software too and you can automate your roasts!! You cant find anything in Europe in this price tag. kaleido thank you so much for this. I will be definitely keeping my eye on new products. plus it came with some v60 filter papers and a wooden stirrer which was a nice little addition. also Wendy from the customer service team was wonderful. She answered all of my questions and helped me out so much! Thank you!
