Tuesday, 31 January 2023The product quality and customer service are awesome. Alibaba is awesome! This is my second Kaleido machine. I have been impressed with them. Just be aware if you order the M6 and send it to the U.S. that there will be a tariff applied because of the cost of the machine. Wasn't expecting it, but still consider the total price well worth it. I would recommend Kaleido coffee roasters to anyone in the market.
